Paw Paw ( Papaya) Smoothie Boat Recipe

I often get asked: What do you eat?

People ask this out of curiosity about my plant- based lifestyle.

Here is an easy breakfast idea that it actually super filling and super nutritious. Some people even make this recipe for dessert.

This recipe contains mango, starfruit, pineapple served in two paw paw ( papaya ) halves and topped with passion fruit and fresh coconut. It is absolutely delicious.

Recipe Name: Paw Paw ( Papaya Smoothie Boats)

Ingredients:

Frozen Pineapple

Frozen Mango

Cut Starfruit

Whole Paw Paw ( Papaya)

Fresh Coconut Pieces

Passion Fruit

( PS. I ALMOST NEVER measure, I believe food should taste however you like. I use amounts according to what I have available and what my taste buds and body call for. )

Directions:

In a blender, combine pineapple, starfruit and frozen mango with a little bit of water. Blend until smooth or until desired texture is achieved. Cut whole pawpaw ( papaya) into two halves. Take out seeds BUT DO NOT DISCARD, save the seeds for later. Pour the smoothie mixture into emptied pawpaw (papaya) halves , now make it look pretty with sliced starfruit, coconut pieces and those pawpaw (papaya) seeds. Hoop you enjoy!!!
